We used this company at an awards ceremony for Schools and Colleges at London Metropolitan University. From initially contacting them to the end of the celebrations, they were courteous and professional. We had the Silver package and this was AMAZING. The props were fun and plentiful. It was a Oscar’s theme and Unforgettable Moments matched our theme perfectly!
Throughout the booking they kept in touch, ensuring that we were happy with song choices, and themes for the background, matching our templates. On the night they went above and beyond their commitments and I am grateful for this. The video’s were professional and received in super efficient time. I would 100% recommend using this company again as I have seen other 360 but they do not compare to the level of service received from this company. I truly believe that their name is correct as it was an Unforgettable Moment!

Unforgettable Attentive and Entertaining!!
We used Karina’s services for our wedding reception. From the very start she and her team were extremely communicative creating a song mashup and background which matched our theme. On the day of the wedding everyone loved it! All ages went up and had fun with the accessories which she brought with her.

I absolutely love everything they do! From the first moment of contact with Karina up until the last moment of sending unforgettable moments :))What a personalized service, communication. They have contacted the venue themselves to check the arrangements and prepared everything so well right from the start. Also, this experience has added so much fun to our evening! None of us have ever experienced having a 360 photo booth and we just did not want them to leave – this is how much FUN it has become :)) They were looking so much after us throughout the whole evening – suggesting the props, saying ‘YES’ to every idea that we come up with and suggesting more. What an incredible asset to any wedding!
Forget the typical Photo Booth, this rotating camera was the best entertainment we could have asked for!
Karina and her team were amazing and so attentive to everyone! They were so friendly and great at helping anyone in need of an extra pose! The communication before the wedding was amazing too, could not fault them in the slightest and the attention to detail was also faultless.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any type of unique Photo Booth experience!!

Totally professional and fun! The booking process was simple, they quickly understood our needs and worked to fulfil them. On the day of the event they set up quickly with good attention to safety details and only using their allocated space. During the night they were welcoming and such fun with our guests. Everyone who went on the 360 got an immediate video and photo sent to their mobile capturing the moment and I have a full video of all their fun – Thank you unforgettable moments for capturing wonderful images of our guests having fun – truly unforgettable memories!

The Best 360 Video Booth for Any Event
We hired Unforgettable Moments 360 for our wedding reception. Karina was great to work with, and the 360 video booth was a highlight at our wedding reception. From start to finish, Karina had clear communication and customised everything from the props to the logo on the videos that our guests will cherish! Now we just need to organise another event to have them back again!
